Lock Key Mini

The key that installs and removes portArgus small-port locks — USB-B, USB-C, DisplayPort and SD port locks listed below.

How to Use

Step by Step

Sliding the cover open, then the cover rotated 180 degrees with the cover cap closed

Open the cover

Slide the cover open to expose the key header.

Close the cover cap

After rotating the cover 180 degrees, close the cover cap to secure it.

Insert mode: the button pressed forward, then the key flipped over

Insert mode

You can insert/release the key by pressing the button forward.

Retrieval mode: the button pulled back to engage the port lock

Retrieval mode

After the key has been inserted into the port lock, pull the button back to engage. Pull the key backward to remove the port lock.

Please Note

• Make sure the key is carefully and fully engaged before removing lock.
• For small products, installation by key is preferred.
• The key and locks are matched by color.
